After years of work, the opening ceremony of the ICOS Atmospheric tower in Potenza was held on July 26th, 2023.
The tower was realized thanks to financial support of MUR through Pro-ICOS_MED project (PON Ricerca e Innovazione 2014-2020) and CNR-IMAA , and was supported by Regione Basilicata, Consorzio per lo Sviluppo Industriale della provincia di Potenza and Comune di Tito.
Prof. Maria Chiara Carrozza, President of National Research Council (CNR), other representatives of CNR and local authorities attended the event visiting the CIAO facilities, and the ICOS tower and laboratory.
